I am a highly dedicated and detail oriented professional with over 35 years of experience in Hebrew, Jewish studies on all levels, and all life cycle events.. I live in San Diego, I specialize in Bar/Bat Mitzvah preparation for children and adults, from beginning tutoring through to completion, and I officiate and perform ceremonies. I am able to work with children at all levels of Hebrew proficiency, including those with special needs or who need extra attention.
I officiate at Jewish and civil weddings. This includes interfaith weddings and LGBTQ weddings. I council and personalize each ceremony according to the needs of each couple.
I officiate at Jewish funerals and help families cope with the lost of a loved one.
I officiate at baby namings and also lead the Brit Milah ceremony if needed in help to the Mohel.
My expertise spans across all Jewish denominations, and I am available to work with those who are unaffiliated with a synagogue. I am able to provide meetings and tutoring services both in person or on line on a flexible basis, including evenings and weekends.
